Frequently asked questions
What counts as a sent workout? expand_more
Every workout that lands on your Garmin Connect account: the one your assistant creates on request, or each workout of a plan week. Moving or deleting a workout doesn't count, and deleting doesn't give the slot back.
What happens beyond 4 workouts? expand_more
Your assistant tells you and gives you the link to this page. Reading your activities, your plan and your calendar keep working. The counter rolls over 30 days: each send frees its slot 30 days later.
How do I cancel? expand_more
In your settings, “Manage my subscription” opens the Stripe portal: cancellation takes one click, and Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid.
Do prices include VAT? expand_more
Yes. Prices shown include all taxes, in euros, dollars or pounds as you choose.
Who takes the payment, and what do you see of my card? expand_more
Payment goes through Link, Stripe's payment service and the subscription's merchant of record: it charges on its secure page, handles VAT and sends you receipts and invoices. Running Workout never sees or stores your card number; we only receive the subscription confirmation.
