Starting
"Start my coaching" launches the welcome protocol: profile reading, numbers portrait to confirm, then plan choice. "What plans do you offer?" shows the catalogue with a sample week. "I'm aiming for the Paris 10K on 12 April under 45 minutes" records the goal and proposes the suitable plan.

- "I'm aiming for [race] on [date] in [time]"
- "Schedule a VMA test for me on [day]"
"What is my VMA and where does it come from?" gives the value, its date and its source. "Schedule a VMA test for me on Saturday" creates the test session on the watch.
Every week
"Review my week" launches the review: planned versus completed, load, decision for the following week. "Show me next week" presents the sessions with their why. "Push the week to my watch" sends them to Garmin.

Workouts and adjustments
"Give me 6 × 1,000 m at 92% of VMA with 2 minutes recovery, on Thursday" creates a one-off workout. "Shorten Sunday's long run to 75 minutes" edits a session. "The race has moved to 3 May" resets the plan.

- "Shorten [session] to [duration]"
- "The race has moved to [date]"
- "Note that [preference]"
"Note that I prefer running in the morning" adds a preference the coach will re-read. "Delete Saturday's session" removes the calendar entry, after confirmation. "Stop the plan" closes the current plan, on the website.
Frequently asked questions
Does the coach understand other phrasings?
Yes, these phrases are examples. The coach interprets everyday language; the suggested phrasings only avoid clarifying questions.
What if I ask for something it cannot do?
It says so, and proposes the closest action. It never pretends: stopping an active plan, for example, is done on the website, and it sends you there.
Can I speak French?
Yes: the coach answers in your profile's language, but understands both.
